Yes. If you live in a residence hall, you must purchase a meal plan through the college. If you live off campus, you're not required to purchase a meal plan, but voluntary meal plans are available to all Casper College students, faculty, and staff as well as the general public.
Value Meal Plans and T-Bucks expire at the end of each school year. (Ex. Purchase in October 2020, valid until May 2021).
LH Coffee Cart in Liesinger Hall — 7:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. Monday - Thursday, Friday 7:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Tobin Dining Hall in the Union Building — Mon- Fri 7 a.m.- 9 p.m.,
Weekends, Holidays and non class days 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.
SubConnection in the Union Building — 7 a.m. – 7 p.m., Monday - Friday
If you opt for the dine-in service, you cannot take leftover food with you from Tobin Dining Hall. You can opt for the to-go service which allows you to take your food out of Tobin Dining Hall.
Please Do Not Remove Cups, Plates, Utensils, etc. from the dining hall.
You can purchase a Voluntary Meal Plan & T-Bucks from the Casper College Dining website (https://shop-casperdining.sodexomyway.com/dining-plans). To purchase a residential meal plan, contact the Accounting and Financial Management Office, located in the Gateway Building, at (307) 268-2244.

The meal swipes on your meal plan are valid at the Tobin Dining Hall, Gateway & Leisinger Coffee Carts, and SubConnection . T-Bucks & Flex dollars on your account can be used at Tobin, Sub Connection, Leisinger Coffee Cart, or Gateway Coffee Cart.
